운영체계의 목적
Purpose of the Operational Framework

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI))는 객관성(Objectivity), 공정성(Fairness), 독립성(Independence), 투명성(Transparency), 책임성(Accountability), 전문성(Professionalism) 및 데이터 신뢰성(Data Reliability)을 핵심 운영원칙으로 하는 공식 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is the Official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework founded on the principles of Objectivity, Fairness, Independence, Transparency, Accountability, Professionalism, and Data Reliability.

 

이러한 운영체계는 평가의 전 과정이 동일한 기준과 절차에 따라 수행되도록 함으로써 평가결과의 객관성, 일관성 및 신뢰성을 확보하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 국제적으로 활용 가능한 책임경영 평가체계로 발전할 수 있도록 지속적인 개선과 품질관리를 운영원칙으로 한다.

The operational framework ensures that every stage of the evaluation process is conducted under standardized criteria and procedures, thereby maintaining objectivity, consistency, and credibility. It also adopts continuous improvement and quality management as fundamental principles to support the international applicability of the Responsible Management evaluation framework.

 

 

운영체계의 구성
Components of the Operational Framework

 

WFSRI의 운영체계는 평가기준의 유지와 개선부터 평가결과의 활용에 이르기까지 전 과정을 하나의 통합된 운영체계로 관리한다. 각 단계는 독립적으로 운영되는 것이 아니라 상호 유기적으로 연계되어 평가의 신뢰성과 활용성을 함께 확보하도록 설계되어 있다.

The WFSRI Operational Framework manages the entire evaluation lifecycle as an integrated system, from maintaining and improving evaluation standards to the utilization of evaluation results. Each stage is interconnected to ensure both the credibility and practical applicability of the evaluation process.

운영절차
Operational Procedures

 

SEC는 모든 평가를 동일한 절차와 기준에 따라 수행하여 평가의 객관성과 일관성을 유지한다. 평가는 공개자료, 공식 공시자료 및 객관적으로 검증 가능한 자료를 중심으로 수행되며, 수집된 모든 자료는 평가 이전에 검증 절차를 거쳐 정확성과 신뢰성을 확보한다.

SEC conducts all evaluations in accordance with standardized procedures and criteria to ensure objectivity and consistency. Evaluations are primarily based on publicly available information, official disclosures, and other objectively verifiable sources. All collected information undergoes a verification process prior to evaluation to ensure its accuracy and reliability.

 

평가 완료 후에는 필요에 따라 사실확인(Factual Review) 절차를 운영하며, 평가대상 조직은 정해진 절차에 따라 이의신청(Appeal)을 제기할 수 있다. SEC는 독립적인 검토를 거쳐 최종 평가결과를 확정한다.

Following the evaluation, a Factual Review may be conducted where appropriate. Evaluated organizations may submit an Appeal in accordance with established procedures, after which SEC independently reviews the case before confirming the final evaluation results.

 

최종 확정된 평가결과는 SEC WFSRI Rating과 SEC WFSRI Certification에 반영되며, 관련 운영규정에 따라 공표 및 활용된다.

Confirmed evaluation results are reflected in the SEC WFSRI Rating and SEC WFSRI Certification, after which they are disclosed and utilized in accordance with the applicable operational regulations.

 

 

평가 거버넌스
Evaluation Governance

 

SEC는 평가체계의 객관성, 독립성 및 책임성을 확보하기 위하여 체계적인 평가 거버넌스를 운영한다. 평가 거버넌스는 평가과정의 공정성을 유지하고 이해관계의 충돌을 방지하며, 평가결과에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 핵심 운영기반이다.

SEC maintains a structured Evaluation Governance Framework to ensure the objectivity, independence, and accountability of the evaluation system. The governance framework serves as the foundation for maintaining fairness, preventing conflicts of interest, and strengthening confidence in evaluation results.

 

평가 거버넌스는 다음과 같은 운영체계를 기반으로 한다.

경제적 독립성
Financial Independence

 

SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성과 공정성을 유지하기 위하여 경제적 독립성을 기본 운영원칙으로 한다. 평가 또는 인증의 객관성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 어떠한 경제적 이해관계도 배제함으로써 평가체계의 신뢰성을 유지한다.

SEC adopts Financial Independence as a fundamental operational principle to preserve the independence and fairness of evaluation and certification activities. By eliminating financial interests that could influence evaluation outcomes, SEC safeguards the credibility of the evaluation framework.

 

SEC는 평가대상 기업 및 공공기관으로부터 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 협찬금 또는 기타 경제적 지원을 받지 않는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 이를 통해 평가의 독립성과 객관성을 지속적으로 유지한다.

As a matter of principle, SEC does not accept evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, promotional contributions, or any other financial support from evaluated corporations or public institutions, thereby maintaining the independence and objectivity of the evaluation process.

 

 

지속적인 운영 및 발전
Continuous Operation and Advancement

 

SEC는 WFSRI와 관련 운영체계를 지속적으로 검토하고 개선함으로써 평가체계의 객관성, 신뢰성, 국제적 정합성 및 시대적 적합성을 유지한다. 평가과정에서 축적된 연구성과와 운영 경험은 평가기준의 고도화와 운영절차의 개선에 지속적으로 반영된다.

SEC continuously reviews and enhances the WFSRI and its related operational systems to maintain objectivity, reliability, international alignment, and relevance. Research findings and operational experience accumulated through evaluation activities are continuously incorporated into the enhancement of evaluation criteria and operational procedures.

 

이를 통해 WFSRI는 국제적으로 신뢰받는 책임경영 평가체계로 지속적으로 발전하며, 기업과 공공기관의 지속가능한 성장과 장기적인 가치창출을 지원하는 글로벌 책임경영 평가기준으로 자리매김해 나갈 것이다.

Through this continuous advancement, WFSRI will further evolve into an internationally trusted Responsible Management Evaluation Framework, supporting the sustainable growth and long-term value creation of corporations and public institutions while strengthening its position as a global standard for Responsible Management evaluation.
