개요 (Overview)

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance)의 기본 철학을 바탕으로 지속가능성(Sustainability), 미래 경쟁력(Future Competitiveness), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability), 장기 가치창출(Long-Term Value Creation), 공공가치(Public Value) 및 사회적 가치(Social Value)를 종합적으로 평가하는 SEC의 공식 책임경영 평가체계(Responsible Management Evaluation Framework)이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is SEC's official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework, incorporating the fundamental philosophy of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) while comprehensively evaluating Sustainability, Future Competitiveness, Innovation Capability, Long-Term Value Creation, Public Value, and Social Value.

 

또한 WFSRI는 표준화된 책임경영 평가방법론(Responsible Management Evaluation Methodology)과 책임경영 평가기준(Responsible Management Evaluation Criteria)을 기반으로 기업과 공공기관의 현재 수준뿐 아니라 미래 성장 가능성과 지속가능한 발전 역량까지 종합적으로 평가한다.

Supported by a standardized Responsible Management Evaluation Methodology and Responsible Management Evaluation Criteria, WFSRI evaluates not only the current performance of corporations and public institutions but also their future growth potential and capacity for sustainable development.

 

이러한 책임경영 평가체계는 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)을 중심으로 구성되며, 각 평가부문은 다시 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)으로 구성되어 조직의 책임경영 수준을 보다 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.

This Responsible Management Evaluation Framework is organized around the 6 Major Evaluation Domains, which are further structured into the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars to provide an objective, systematic, and comprehensive assessment of Responsible Management performance.

 

14개 하위평가항목은 조직의 지속가능한 발전과 미래 경쟁력을 구성하는 핵심 요소를 균형 있게 평가하기 위한 기본 평가체계로서, 6대 평가부문의 평가 목적을 실제 평가기준으로 구체화하는 역할을 수행한다.

The 14 SEC Strategic Pillars constitute the core evaluation framework that translates the objectives of the 6 Major Evaluation Domains into practical evaluation criteria, enabling a balanced assessment of sustainable development and future competitiveness.

 

 

제Ⅰ 평가부문 (Domain I)

본 평가부문은 친환경 기술 개발·혁신과 탄소배출 저감을 중심으로 조직의 환경책임 이행 수준과 기후변화 대응 역량을 평가한다.

This Domain evaluates the level of environmental responsibility and climate response capability, with particular emphasis on eco-friendly technology development, innovation, and carbon emission reduction.

본 평가부문은 환경 개선과 지속가능경영 체계 구축 수준을 종합적으로 평가한다.

This Domain evaluates the level of Responsible Management demonstrated through community cooperation and social contribution activities that create Public Value and Social Value while contributing to sustainable community development.

본 평가부문은 이사회와 감사위원회의 독립성 및 전문성, 윤리경영, 준법경영, 회계투명성, 내부통제, 재무건전성 및 지속가능한 리스크 관리체계를 종합적으로 평가한다.

This Domain comprehensively evaluates the independence and professionalism of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, together with ethical management, compliance management, accounting transparency, internal controls, financial soundness, and sustainable risk management systems.

14개 하위평가항목은 6대 평가부문, SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표) 및 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)를 유기적으로 연결하는 핵심 평가체계로서, WFSRI 책임경영 평가체계의 일관성, 객관성 및 신뢰성을 확보하는 기반이 된다.

The 14 SEC Strategic Pillars serve as the core evaluation framework linking the 6 Major Evaluation Domains, the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators), and the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs), ensuring the consistency, objectivity, and credibility of the WFSRI Responsible Management Evaluation Framework.

 

또한 14개 하위평가항목은 기업과 공공기관의 지속가능성, 미래 경쟁력, 혁신역량, 장기 가치창출, 공공가치 및 사회적 가치 실현 수준을 보다 체계적이고 균형 있게 평가하기 위한 핵심 평가체계로 활용된다.

The 14 SEC Strategic Pillars also function as the principal evaluation framework for systematically and comprehensively assessing Sustainability, Future Competitiveness, Innovation Capability, Long-Term Value Creation, Public Value, and Social Value in corporations and public institutions.

 

평가결과는 SEC WFSRI Rating, SEC WFSRI Certification, SEC Analysis, 연구(Research) 및 정책개발(Policy Development)의 핵심 기초자료로 활용되며, 기업과 공공기관의 지속적인 책임경영 수준 향상과 지속가능한 성장 기반 강화에 기여한다.

The evaluation results serve as the foundation for the SEC WFSRI Rating, SEC WFSRI Certification, SEC Analysis, Research, and Policy Development, supporting continuous improvement in Responsible Management and strengthening the foundation for sustainable growth in corporations and public institutions.
