WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 책임경영 수준을 체계적이고 일관성 있게 평가하기 위하여 계층적 구조(Hierarchical Structure)를 기반으로 설계되어 있다. 평가체계는 상위 개념에서 하위 평가요소로 단계적으로 연결되는 구조를 갖추고 있으며, 각 구성요소는 독립적인 기능을 수행하는 동시에 상호 유기적으로 연계되어 하나의 통합된 평가체계를 형성한다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is designed on a hierarchical structure to ensure systematic and consistent evaluation of Responsible Management. The framework is organized through successive layers, progressing from high-level concepts to detailed assessment components. Each element performs an independent role while remaining organically connected within a unified evaluation framework.

 

이러한 계층적 구조는 평가의 논리성과 일관성을 확보하는 동시에 조직의 책임경영 수준을 다양한 관점에서 종합적으로 분석할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 평가과정에서 수집되는 다양한 정보를 하나의 체계 안에서 통합적으로 해석할 수 있도록 지원한다.

This hierarchical design enhances logical consistency while enabling Responsible Management to be assessed from multiple perspectives. It also provides an integrated framework for interpreting diverse evaluation data in a coherent and systematic manner.

 

 

계층적 평가구조

WFSRI 평가체계는 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)을 최상위 구조로 한다. 각 평가부문은 조직의 책임경영을 구성하는 핵심 영역을 제시하며, 다시 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)으로 세분화된다.

At the highest level, the WFSRI Evaluation Framework is organized around the 6 Major Evaluation Domains. Each domain represents a fundamental dimension of Responsible Management and is further divided into the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars.

 

각 하위평가항목은 SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))를 통해 구체적으로 평가되며, 이 가운데 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))는 조직의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 성장 역량을 종합적으로 설명하는 핵심 평가기준으로 활용된다.

Each Strategic Pillar is evaluated through the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators). Within this system, the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs) serve as the principal measures for assessing Responsible Management and sustainable organizational growth.

 

최종적으로 모든 평가결과는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)로 통합되어 조직의 책임경영 수준과 장기적인 경쟁력을 종합적으로 나타내는 공식 평가결과로 제시된다.

Ultimately, all evaluation results are integrated into the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), which represents the official assessment of an organization's Responsible Management capability and long-term competitiveness.

 

 

구성요소 간의 연계성
Interrelationship of the Framework Components

 

평가체계를 구성하는 각 요소는 독립적으로 운영되지 않는다. 상위 평가구조는 평가의 방향과 기준을 제시하고, 하위 평가요소는 이를 실제 평가과정에서 구체적으로 구현한다. 이러한 구조를 통해 전략적 목표와 실제 운영 수준을 하나의 평가체계 안에서 일관성 있게 연결할 수 있다.

The components of the evaluation framework do not operate independently. Higher-level structures establish the strategic direction and evaluation criteria, while lower-level components translate these principles into practical assessment activities. This structure ensures that strategic objectives and operational performance are consistently connected within a single evaluation framework.

 

또한 평가결과는 상위 구조와 하위 구조가 상호 보완적으로 작동한 결과로 도출되며, 특정 영역의 성과만으로 조직 전체를 판단하지 않도록 설계되어 있다. 이를 통해 조직의 책임경영 수준을 보다 균형 있고 객관적으로 평가할 수 있다.

Evaluation outcomes are produced through the complementary interaction of all framework components rather than from isolated assessment areas. This approach prevents overall organizational performance from being determined by a single aspect and enables a more balanced and objective evaluation of Responsible Management.

 

 

통합 평가체계의 의미

WFSRI의 평가체계 구조는 단순한 평가항목의 배열이 아니라, 조직의 전략과 운영, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 활동을 하나의 체계 안에서 종합적으로 연결하는 통합 평가모델이다. 이러한 구조는 조직의 현재 수준뿐 아니라 미래 성장 가능성과 장기적인 가치창출 역량까지 함께 진단할 수 있도록 한다.

The WFSRI Evaluation Framework is more than a structured arrangement of assessment components. 궁극적으로 WFSRI의 계층적 구조는 책임경영을 구성하는 다양한 요소를 체계적으로 연결함으로써 조직의 지속가능한 경쟁력을 종합적으로 평가하는 기반이 되며, 국제적으로 활용 가능한 책임경영 평가모델의 핵심 구조를 형성한다.
